Lindon Jordan Magpayo
Occupational Therapist
About Me
Hi, I’m Lindon Jordan Magpayo, a mobile paediatric Occupational Therapist supporting children aged 3–18 to develop essential life skills. I provide therapy in homes, schools, and community settings, making intervention accessible, practical, and meaningful for families.

My goal is to deliver evidence-based and engaging interventions that build children’s confidence, independence, and participation in everyday life.

Since graduating as an Occupational Therapist in 2023, I’ve been working full-time in paediatrics, supporting children with autism, global developmental delay, dyspraxia (developmental coordination disorder), dysgraphia, ADHD, and sensory processing challenges.

Why I became an OT
My sister was diagnosed with Phelan-McDermid Syndrome, a rare genetic condition that causes developmental and speech delays. Occupational therapy had a profound impact on my family, and it was through the care and dedication of my amazing mother, along with witnessing my sister’s incredible progress, that I was inspired to pursue this profession.

During my school years, I also worked as an assistant tennis coach, where I gained first-hand experience helping children build confidence, coordination, and new skills. This experience — combined with my personal connection to OT through my sister — solidified my passion for supporting children and their development.

Before becoming an Occupational Therapist, I worked for three years as an Allied Health Assistant (AHA), implementing therapy programs in collaboration with occupational therapists to support children and their families.
